Her professional career started as Operations Head in a MNC in Mumbai and later joined in Information Technology Mission providing cost affordable IT education to all walks of life supported by Central Government. Along with 15 years of vast experience in Insurance Sector, she is also the Co- Founder of Blue Diamond MerchEx, an exporting firm dealing with eco-friendly clothes for infants and majors along with organic natural fabrics (*cotton, silk, and jute) dyed in Ayurvedic Herbs. She always pursued her dream to offer quality educational environment to the kids believing that their intellect should not framed by others, but by themselves and started associating with ABL (Activity Based Learning) education systems and Montessori methodology. She is currently on the pursuit of taking various ABL methodologies to under privileged and differently - abled children by associating with governments.

Priyesh is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of dynamic experience in sales and marketing across diverse industry segments. Priyesh heads for sales and marketing in Nourrissons. Priyesh is responsible for business growth, building strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative marketing initiatives, and commitment to fostering a collaborative and result-driven environment aligns seamlessly with the values of the Montessori education.

Throughout her education and her career, Anya has been inclined towards child-centric and activity-based learning methodologies. Anya has completed her Bachelors in psychology and Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences , Mumbai . Her passion in this field led her to work as a school counselor for GEMS westminister Sharjah, UAE. As a mom of two, Anya incorporates the theory play is brain's favourite way of learning while homeschooling them . This led her to research extensively on the best products available in the market that would ignite their growing minds. Anya has joined Nourrissons Global , a company that values what she truly believes in.

Saranya heads the Marketing and Sales for Montessori Products. She is responsible for marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships. Prior to joining Nourrissons, she worked as the strategic business development and marketing at several companies.
